Award-winning author of crime and romantic suspense, Deena LeVon writes gritty, morally-gray characters who may or may not be the good guys. She grew up in Nova Scotia and now lives in Atlanta with her husband and two sons. Her upcoming novel, The Compound, won the Georgia Romance Writers’ Maggie Award for Excellence and was a finalist for the RWA Vivian Award. Her suspense novel, The Hitman’s Daughter, was a runner-up in the Sisters In Crime’s 2023 Eleanor Taylor Bland Award and a finalist for the Georgia Romance Writers’ Maggie Award for Excellence. Deena is also a member of the Black Writers Collective, Sisters in Crime, the Atlanta Writers Club, and the Georgia Romance Writers.
