​Award-winning, romantic suspense author, Deena LeVon, writes gritty, morally-gray characters who may or may not be the good guys. She grew up in Nova Scotia and now lives in Atlanta with her family. Her pre-published novel The Compound won the Georgia Romance Writers’ Maggie Award for Excellence and was a finalist for the RWA Vivian Award. Her pre-published dark romance The Hitman’s Daughter was the 2025 Maggie Award winner and a runner-up for Sisters in Crime’s 2023 Eleanor Taylor Bland Award. Deena is a member of Sisters in Crime, the Atlanta Writers Club, and Georgia Romance Writers. ​
